We have a 0 tolerance policy for spam. However, we do allow email marketing as long you abide by the U.S CAN-SPAM laws. We closely monitor all lists and if we notice a problem, we will notify you and give you 48 hours to resolve the issue. Failure to stop spam from going out will lead to nulling of the IP address until the issue is resolved. Continous listing of the IP in spam database will lead to permanent suspension and fine if the IP is permanenlty listed in the spam database.
