We calculate the power consumption by the following method.
amps(current) x ( voltage ) / 1000 x ( cost of power in kWh ) x hours in a month (730 hours). Then multiply the result by the PUE (1.8 is usually the average).
Then 10-15% of the fee from taxes is added.
To it, another 10-15% on the maintenance cost and infrastructure is added usually charged by building.
