As colocation client with Psychz Networks, you have access to our data centers 24/7/365. To offer you the best on-site service, give us atleast 1 hour heads-up that you will be coming by our datacenter to ensure we have someone available to assist you with anything you may need.
Simply open a trouble ticket with the time you will be coming by our data centers and the server or cabinet you will need access to and we'll handle the rest.
