Private Network - Intro
Publisher: Psychz Networks, October 03,2022A private network helps you connect several machines with the help of private IP addresses assigned to the devices to create a completely segregated network from the public network, making it invisible to the outside world. The data flowing within the private network is protected based on extremely limited access.
Psychz Networks provides Private Network, a layer 2 connectivity service that offers seamless connectivity between your servers within the same data center. While using this feature, when you add your servers to a Private Network, they automatically get a single VLAN ID and a Private IP assigned.
Using this feature, you can connect all your devices within the same data center. E.g., if you have multiple devices in 700 Wilshire Street Datacenter (Los Angeles, USA) you can connect them all using our Private network service. Currently, we are offering this service only for the devices that are housed within the same POP.
Only connected devices authorized within a private network are allowed to connect to the network. With private networks, the performance is higher in bandwidth, security, latency, and flexibility. The traffic generated between your devices using a Private Network is not measured and is free of charge.
