Publisher: Psychz Networks, February 03,2023The Support Tickets module offers a comprehensive view of all the support-related tickets you have raised in the past. Not only that, but it also provides you with a range of tools to help you quickly and efficiently find and manage all your tickets under one roof.
Filter
The Filter option helps you narrow your search by filtering the tickets based on specific criteria such as
- Ticket ID
- Author
- Date
- Department
- Subject
- Service
- Device
- Type
This feature can be found in the top right corner of the page. Click the funnel icon named the "Filter" button, and a pop-up menu will appear where you can select the from the desired filters.
Manage Column
The Column Manager allows you to customize the columns displayed in the ticket list to fit your needs. To access the Column Manager, click on the "Column Manager" button in the page's top right corner. You can select which columns you would like to show or hide. Uncheck the item, and the respective column will disappear from the list.
*If you notice an update is missing from your Support Ticket page, we recommend using the page refresh feature near the top right-hand corner.
