Set Device Name for your Devices

You can name your device when ordering a server and update it later through the dashboard. Follow these steps to set or edit your device name.
Naming your Device while ordering
You can set a name for your device when placing an order. Follow these steps:
- Log in to your dashboard using the following link: Psychz Dashboard. Enter your Username and Password.
- In the left-hand menu, go to Services/Devices > Order Service.
- The Order Service page will display a list of available devices and services.
- Click the "Order" button to view specifications and proceed with your order.
- On the Order page, you will find the "Device Name" field while setting up your Operating System. Enter your preferred device name before placing the order.
Edit Exiting Device Name
If you have multiple devices, you can rename them anytime through the dashboard. Follow these steps:
- Log in to your dashboard: Psychz Dashboard.
- In the left-hand menu, go to Services/Devices > Devices.
- The Devices page will display all devices linked to your account, including details like DEVICE ID, DESCRIPTION, NAME, SERVICE ID, LOCATION, and STATUS.
- Click the "View" button (magnifying glass icon) next to the device you want to rename.
- Click "Details", then edit the "Device Name" field with your preferred name.
- Click "Save" to apply the changes.
This feature helps you easily manage and identify your devices.
