How to Reset Dashboard Password
Publisher: Psychz Networks, September 13,2021There can be many reasons why you would want to reset your dashboard password. Maybe you want to change it for security reasons, or perhaps you have recently changed your password and can't remember the new one. Or you are trying to log in using a new device and can't remember your credentials. It happens to the best of us!
Do not worry. Follow these instructions if you forgot your password and need to create a new one.
Note: If you know your current password and want to change your password, you can change it from your profile.
Step 1: Request a password reset email
Go to your dashboard login screen or use the following link to go to the page https://www.psychz.net/dashboard/client/web/site/login
Click on "Forgot Password
" right above the "login
" button to reset your password.
Step 2: Request password reset
Fill in the following required details.
Email: Enter your registered email ID to generate OTP to reset your password
Note: If you are the main account owner and trying to reset your password for a contact, you are not allowed to. A contact must reset the password using their email ID, and the "Country of Billing" should be the same as the clients.
Country of Billing: Select the country you have chosen while signing up.
Click "Send
" when you have entered the required details.
Step 3: OTP Verification
You should receive 8 digit OTP (One Time Password) on your email ID. Kindly check your inbox and enter your OTP in the required field to proceed further.
Note: The OTP is valid only for 15 mins.
Step 4: Reset Password
Once the OTP is verified, you will be re-directed to the Reset Password page. Enter the desired password to change your password.
You will be requested to enter the password twice. This is to check the entered password is matched or not.
Password Mandates
- Password cannot be one of the last 4 passwords used
- Password must be at least 12-50 characters.
- password must contain at least one digit.
- Password must contain at least one lowercase character.
- Password must contain at least one uppercase character.
- Password must contain at least one special character from !@$%&*?
Note: Do not use any special character other than the ones mentioned above in the password mandates section. Else, the system will not accept the password and throw a password error during submission.
You have successfully reset your password. You can now try logging in with your new password.
