Publisher: Psychz Networks, January 13,2022Image optimization feature allows real-time image manipulation, optimization, and resizing across all web platforms. There are several optimization parameters available that you can apply to images before they undergo transformation like format, quality, Sharpness, border, etc. This makes it easy to create variations of an image for different use cases.
To add image optimization to a folder, please follow the steps given below
Dashboard > Tools > CDN > Performance > Image Optimization
Domain
Click on the "Select Domain" dropdown tab to select the domain to which image optimization should be applicable.
Location
Click "Select Location" to choose the location.
Note: If you choose '/' as location, all the images under this location will be optimized based on the parameters you provide.
Image Optimization (Toggle)
Use the Toggle button to enable/disable Image Optimization.
Alias
Alias allows you to assign a unique name for the location you choose to implement image optimization. Later on, you can differentiate various locations with the help of Alias name.
Parameters
Parameters are the filters/changes that you would like to apply on the images. You can either choose 1 or all the available parameters.
