Enable/Disable HTTP2
Publisher: Psychz Networks, November 08,2018Our CDN supports HTTP/2 which allows faster communication using the advanced technique.
You can choose to have Auto (our SSL) or Third Party SSL before enabling the HTTP/2 feature.
With the help of following steps, we will show you how to add domains under HTTP2, enable/disable the feature, and add SSL certificates.
Step 1. Login to your Dashboard and go to Tools -> CDN -> Manage Domains
You can directly go to the required page by clicking on the following link https://www.psychz.net/dashboard/client/web/cdn/domains
Step 2. Choose the domain from the list that you want to enable HTTP/2 for and click on 'Manage' button given on the right. This should lead to several more options which are basically tools that you can use to improve the performance of your website.
Click on 'HTTP/2' to access the options that can help you to setup HTTP/2 on your domain.
Step 3. Once you are inside, you will see a list of domains (only if you have added them earlier). You simply need to click on the toggle button next to the domain and it will turn green. This will enable HTTP2 on your domain.
This should enable the HTTP/2 functionality on your domain.
Step 4. Click on '+SSL Manage'
This will take you to the dashboard where you can add or delete SSL domains. Once you are inside this option, please click on 'Add' button the right hand.
Step 5.A. Once you click on 'Add', you will be redirected to a page where you can add SSL to the desired domain.
Here you get two options to add SSL certificates.
1 - Third Party SSL
Under this, you can choose to buy SSL from a Third party, and add it to your domain using our CDN.
2 - Auto SSL
Under this option, you can choose SSL certificates that are provided by our CDN service.
Note: Along with SSL certificate, you will also have to upload SSL public Key and SSL Bundle that you will get along with your SSL cert. In case you do have any Public key or Bundle, you will have to contact your SSL provider.
Once you add the SSL, please follow Step 3 to activate HTTP/2 on a particular domain.
NOTE: OSCP functionality can be enabled which checks the validity of your certificate online and allows you with expired certificates a grace period, so you can access servers for a limited time before renewing.
Step 5.B.
Once you choose 'Auto', you will have to specify which domain you would like to add SSL to.
CAA letsencrypt.org
Once you add the domain, follow Step 3 to activate HTTP/2 on a particular domain.
This should activate the HTTP/2 functionality on your domain.
