cVirtual Billing

Publisher: Psychz Networks,  November 12,2024

The Pay-Per-Usage system for cVirtual is designed to charge users based on the time they use the service. Below, you'll find the details of how the billing works, with examples to make it easy to understand.

Billing and Calculation of Usage Hours

  • Billing occurs hourly, meaning any usage within a partial hour will round up to a full hour.
  • If you start a service and cancel it within an hour, you will still be charged for the full hour.
  • If your usage extends into the next hour, it counts as two full hours.

How Billing Works

Cancellation:

When you cancel the order, the billing timer stops, and the total usage time is calculated starting from when your order was delivered.

Billing Calculation:

The total usage time is then rounded up to the nearest hour, and you are billed for that number of hours.
