Notifications - Create
Publisher: Psychz Networks, October 11,2022The Notifications module will help you to set up a dedicated contact who will receive a notification via email in case of an event. The following steps will help you set up an alert system that will notify the contact you select under this feature.
Step 1
Login to your Dashboard with the User ID and password assigned to you.
Use the following link to access the dashboard https://www.psychz.net/dashboard/client/web/
Step 2
Click on "My Account," which is the 7th item on the navigation bar on the left side of the screen. This should expand and reveal more options within "My Account." Click "Notifications" to go to the desired menu.
Step 3
You should now see the "Notifications" page. Click on the "Create" button to create a notification. Click on the dropdown menu to select an item from the following fields.
Category - Choose from various category options to set up notifications system.
Type - Each category item will have one of more types.
Action - This field allows you to choose what action you would like to perform in case an event occurrence.
Method - When you choose "Open Ticket," it will signify how you would like to deal with the event.
Contact - Here, you can choose the contacts you want to associate with the notifications. These contacts will be notified in case of the event via email.
Note: You can choose up to a maximum of 5 contacts
Format - The format signifies how you want the notification to appear in your email. The available options under this field are Brief, and Detail, where Brief is a short description of the information and Detail is the more extended version of the notification.
Note: You can create only 1 notification for the one Notification Type. The system will not allow you to create an additional notification for the same type if you have already created one.
