Cancel a Service Using the Psychz Dashboard

If you no longer wish to continue with a service, you can cancel it directly from the Psychz Dashboard. This method is faster and more efficient than submitting a support ticket.

Steps to Cancel a Service

Login to Your Dashboard

Visit https://www.psychz.net/dashboard/client/web/site/login and log in with your credentials.

Navigate to Services

From the left-hand side menu, click on ‘Services/Devices’ and Select ‘Services’ again to access the list of all active services under your account.

Access Service Details

Locate the service you want to cancel and click the looking glass icon under the ‘Action’ column. This will open a menu with the following options:

• Details – View general service information.
• Billing – Check the billing cycle and related details.
• Devices – Review device-related information such as status, ID, and label.
• Service Cancellation – Option to cancel the service.

Cancel the Service

Click on ‘Service Cancellation’. A warning message will appear to confirm your action. Click OK to proceed.

Once completed, your service will be marked for cancellation.

This self-service option provides a convenient and quick way to manage your subscriptions without delay.
