As a company spokesperson noted, the pair of new data centers means that Psychz’s European clients can now enjoy remote DDoS protection of up to 500 Gbps while keeping low latency during an attack. When an attack comes in, advance automated routing will stop the attack at the closest routed POP and prevent it to from reaching the end user.
In addition, Psychz is offering colocation option for both London and Amsterdam. As the spokesperson noted, the company has earned a well-deserved reputation as one of the best colocation service providers in the United States because of their quality network, support and affordable pricing, and they expect the colocation services to be equally as popular and successful in Europe.
Clients who are interested in the colocation services can order 1U (single server) which is capable of housing 1U/2U/4U sized server or go with Psychz’s Half, Quarter or Full Rack colocation option. As the spokesperson noted, each of these packages come with managed colocation, VRRP, BGP session, GRE Tunnel, and Anycast addon.
A custom content delivery network across the United States and Europe locations will also be a feature of the new data centers; this will allow clients to target visitors in Asia, the United States and Europe without leaving the network. Free Anycast with globally deployed DNS will also be available, as well as a private network across data centers in the United States and Europe.
Clients can save bandwidth and utilize a secure communication between servers with the private network, the spokesperson said, adding that Anycast allows advertising of the same IP via globally deployed DNS servers.
“When a visitor comes to your website, they will be sent to the server that geographically closest to them which will lead to faster load times and better experience for the visitor.”
By end of 2017, Psychz is planning to add more locations and reach the total network capacity of 1 Tbps or 1000 Gbps.
