What are the users doing Online?
Users are streaming more and more online media each day, and are on seemingly endless hours of video conferences for work and school. How is Psychz Networks helping their customers
Our network has performed brilliantly during the sudden rise in bandwidth usage because of global lockdown during the pandemic, delivering more than 400Gbps to our clients. With the increasing demand for the current time and businesses, our mission is to provide a reliable and robust infrastructure to our customers so they can focus all their efforts on solving their critical business problems. Our scalable network provides our clients with the strength to hold the fort firmly while their business demands continue to increase in 2020. Our infrastructure and Network engineers have played a vital role in setting up a stable network environment that could easily withstand the sudden surge in traffic and bandwidth demand and scale up the infrastructure in minutes to meet the clients' requirements. Clients that focus on media such as instant messaging apps, video streaming, and online gaming were the first to see this sudden rise in demand. Our network team ensured to offer immediate assistance by scaling up their network requirements, setting up and deploying additional nodes in just a few minutes. Our clients quickly moved from regular 1Gbps port to 10Gbps (Fiber) ports for higher performance. In some cases, clients were setup with 20Gbps ports to handle the high bandwidth requirements.
At Psychz, we understand that high bandwidth usage can lead to high monthly hosting bills. Therefore, we are working with both current and potential clients to provide them with the most cost-effective plan for high bandwidth usage. We are helping clients move from metered to unmetered bandwidth while keeping their bandwidth costs as low as possible. Also, we have made the transition process as smooth as possible for clients who wish to migrate from large cloud providers to our bare metal or colocation offerings.
We understand things are changing very quickly in this post-COVID world, and we are doing everything possible to ensure our clients are getting all the tools necessary to stay online. Our goal is to continue to work with our clients on an individual basis and understand their needs. We promise to maintain our focus on cost savings, network resiliency, and the best user experience.
